Manchurian Ingredients

Cabbage – 02 Cups (Finely chopped),
Peas – 1/4 cup (boiled and boiled),
Carrot – 1/4 cup (grated),
Green onion – 02 (finely chopped),
Flour – 02 teaspoons,
Corn flour – 02 teaspoons,
Green chilli -01 teaspoons (chopped),
Garlic – 02 teaspoons (chopped),
Oil – For frying,
Salt – according to taste

Sauce Ingredients

Boiled vegetables juice- Vegetables soup – 01 cups,
Green chilli – 02 teaspoons (chopped),
Garlic – 02 teaspoons (chopped),
Ginger – 01 teaspoons (chopped),
Soya sauce – 01 big cup,
Sugar – 01 teaspoons,
Oil- 02 tablespoons,
Salt according to taste

Ways to create Manchurian:
First interlock the ingredients collected for Vegetable Balls and mix well. Sprinkle a little water in the mixture if necessary. When the material is well-knit, make the balls of its size. After this, heat oil then fry them until these balls become light brown. After this, prepare to make Manchurian Sauce.

Method of making Manchurian Sauce
To make Manchurian Sauce, take two tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, green chilies and fry them a bit. After this add vegetable juice, corn flour, sugar, salt and soy sauce and cook it for a while. If the gravy is to be cooked in the vegetable, put one cup of vegetable juice or water in it and let it cook.When this mixture is cooked well, then put vegetable balls in it and cook it for 5 minutes in a light flame.
