Take 4-5 potatoes and wash it properly and keep it aside.

Bhakharwadi is a Traditional Gujarati Farsan Recipe which is usually used as snacks. You can also used at tea time or in many marriage function also it is used as Farsan with main course. So today we are going to made Bhakharwadi so you can serve it at tea time or lunch or dinner as you love.


2 tbsp.
sesame seeds,
1 tbsp mustard seeds,
green chillies,
curry leaves (finely chopped) 1 tsp.
turmeric, pinch of hing,
Red chilli powder,
1 tbsp. coriander powder,
1 tbsp garam masala,
1/3 cup plain yogurt,
chopped cilantro and fresh lime,
oil for frying.
