    Modak is favorite of Lord Ganesha and this recipe is very much famous in all over India. This is another recipe of modak which you can make to offer Lord Ganesha. So check out the recipe and ‘Ganpati Bapa Moriya’.


    2 cups grated coconut

    1 cup grated or powdered jaggery

    2 to 3 green cardamoms powder or elachi

    3 tsp ghee (including greasing)

    1 cup rice flour

    1 cup water

    generous pinch of salt

    Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee, 2 cups grated coconut and 1 cup grated or powdered jaggery and stir it in a medium flame.

    Cook it properly and after it will mix add 2 to 3 green cardamoms powder or elachi.

    Take a pan and add 1 cup water and pinch of a salt and add 1 tsp. ghee.

    Boil the water and after that switch off the stove.

    Transfer To Bowl After few minutes transfer the flour into bowl to make a dough. Don't let it cool down.

    Knead The Ball Knead the ball and cover it with cloth. Take a ball and dip your fingers in water and give a shape with your thumb slowly.

    Give Shape With the help of thumb and forefinger gently pinch off very little dough to make a pleat on the outer side.
