    How to Make Veggie Nacho Grande
    Looking for quick and easy appetizers for party or game day, than try this super sized veggie nacho grande. These super nachos are layered with fresh veggies, corn, black beans and generously smothered with a layer of shredded cheese. A simple side dish that is so easy to put together and taste wonderful!! It’s the most forgiving and adaptive recipe! You can use all the veggies and, adjust toppings to suit your taste, as far as seasoning. Check out the recipe. INGREDIENTS: 1 bag of Tostitos 2 cups Low fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup Black Beans 1 cup Corn Kernels 1/2 cup Chopped Onions 1/4 cup Black olives 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup Chopped Bell pepper 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro leaves Salt to taste 2 tablespoon Sour Cream

    Assemble Ingredients

    Assemble all the ingredients and preheat the oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit.

    Arrange Nachos

    In a pan or oven safe dish arrange some nachos.

    Sprinkle Cheese

    Sprinkle 2 cups Low fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese.

    Add Black Beans

    Now add 1 cup Black Beans.

    Add Bell Peppers

    Add 1 cup Chopped Bell pepper

    Add Onions

    Add 1/2 cup Chopped Onions in it.

    Add Cheese

    Layer it with some more cheese.

    Add Another Nachos Layer

    Repeat the process with a second layer of nachos

    Add some black beans and bell peppers.

    Add some more onions in it.

    Cover With Cheese

    Cover it with the cheese

    Bake It

    Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese will melted. Remove from oven, mind it plate will be hot.

    Serve It

    Now garnish it with green onions, olives and cilantro leaves and serve it
