Jannat – New Egg Curry Recipe

Spicy and creamy egg curry made with methi.

Ingredients :
5 garlic uniform pieces
1 chopped onion
2 green chillies
1 Tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 Tbsp fresh cream
1 Tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 inch ginger, minced
1 Tbsp kasturi methi
2 Tbsp curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
Few coriander for garnish
Salt to taste

Cooking Method :

Boil the eggs for 15 minutes.
Make a rough paste by grinding onion,ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Add oil in a pan(kadhai) and cook the above mentioned ingredients.
Brush the curd and cream quickly and mix it to the saute.
Now add kasturi methi , red chilli powder ,garam masala, and salt.
Add 1 cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes.
Make a small cut in the boiled eggs and them in the mixture. Cook it for a while.
Serve with the garnish of chaat-masala and fresh coriander leaves. (You can also add extra cheese on top)
