This healthy carrot milkshake tastes delicious and it is one of the best summer coolers. You can give it to your kids because, growing kids needs all kinds of nutrients. So check out the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup thinly sliced carrots

16 almonds

2 cups milk

2 generous pinch of cardamom powder

1 tbsp white sugar or brown sugar as you like

Soak Almonds

Soak 16 almonds for about 4 hours in water or leave it for overnight.

Boil Milk

Now take a pan and boil 2 cups milk.

Chop Carrots

While the milk boils, peel of the almonds skin and wash the carrots peel of the skin of carrots and chop it in thin slices.

Add Sugar

Naw add 1 tbsp sugar in it and boil the milk for few minutes.

Add Carrots

Now add chopped carrots, peeled almonds and generous pinch of cardamom powder in it and mix everything properly.

Blend It

After boiling keep it cool down and put it aside. To make it cool quickly keep the milk in a refrigerator. After that pour the milk in a blender and blend it properly to make a smooth milkshake.

Serve It

Now your carrot milkshake is ready, so serve it and enjoy it.
