Salary / Pay Scale for Junior Engineer (JE) in MAHAGENCO
Pay Scale for Junior Engineer (JE) in MAHAGENCO is ₹ 37340-1675- 45715-1740-63115- 1830-103375.
Candidates selected to the post of Junior Engineer (JE) in MAHAGENCO will be given Initial training of 52 weeks as “Diploma Engineer Trainee’s”. During the training period the “Diploma Engineer Trainee’s” will be paid Rs. 18,000/- per month. After training, for the first 03 years selected candidate has to work compulsorily at Mahagenco’s any thermal power plant.
The selected candidate must serve Bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- for not to leave the Company before completion of 5 years of service. .
